If you are not satstified with your purchase, you can contact us at jasonfhelp@gmail.com or call 563-571-2131 within 45 days and you will be granted a refund.  For products that are provided on a physical DVD, the DVD must be returned to Fladlien Productons at 2169 Glen Oaks Dr., Coralville, IA 5224 i n order to receive a refund.  At the end of the free trial membership to jfladcoaching.com, members are automatically billed the regular monthly membership fee of $97 and are rebilled monthly as long as the membership is active.  Memberships can be canceled at any time by emailing a cancellation request to jasonfhelp@gmail.com or by calling 563-571-2131.  

We do not offer an exchange or return policy on our digital products since they, after all, are digital.

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes the visitor's domain name, ip number and e-mail address (where possible).
